Talent Selection is a government-registered recruitment and selection agency with branches in Hasselt and Maasmechelen. We have grown into a reliable partner for Recruitment & Selection and Direct Search, for SMEs, multinationals and the government. We also have many years of experience in seeking ‘personal staff’ (caretaker, concierge, personal assistant, etc.). Manager Ralf Gutschoven has been active in the sector since 2007.

After obtaining a Master’s degree in Applied Economic Sciences (UHasselt, HNUniversity of San Francisco Bay, California), Ralf attended KULEUVEN for a second Master’s degree in Accountancy and Financial Auditing. A year later, he began his career in finance as an auditor at Arthur Andersen. Two years later, he joined DHL, where he held various posts in the areas of finance and customer services. Through this, he gained broad experience at home and abroad, especially in the Netherlands and France. He then became the manager of a Call Centre, where he quickly got to know the difficulties of attracting talent. He then became Recruitment Partner at a Recruitment and Selection agency. After 5 years, he successfully set up RG-recruiting in Hasselt, which after expansion, became the present Talent Selection.
