Horse farm situated close to Brussels is looking for a couple farmhand - housemanager/nanny.

Farmhand:
Maintaining the grounds. Garden, vegetable garden, pastures.
Maintaining the machines in good working order.
Maintaining the buildings.
Help with mucking out and caring for the horses.
 
Housemanager/nanny:
Making inventory and keeping the functioning of the house in good working order.
Caring for the Children, playing with them, help with driving them to their activities.
Cooking
Buying groceries
Organising the house.
Ironing and washing clothes.
 
We are looking for hands on people with a can do mentality. Proactive, flexible kind and with love for animals and nature. Who want to work in a beautiful environment to build a long term collaboration.
 
Driving licence is a must. Big plus if BE or C licence.

Product Manager Functional Proteins

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for the Meatless product portfolio – part of the functional Proteins business
  • You will be involved in defining the product strategy and roadmap, with a focus on optimization and further development of the ingredients for different type of applications.
  • You   analyze market research results, execute analysis of market and category attractiveness and follow up on customer needs, competitor info, trends and new developments.   
  • You translate and communicate the customer needs to cross-functional teams, including solution development, marketing and sales.    
  • You oversee the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • You provide expertise and product related updates to sales to support commercial activities. This includes setting up the right sales pitch based on success stories, understand the strengths and weaknesses of the portfolio and translate these into a compelling selling story.
  • You represent the products at fairs, conferences and selected customer meetings. You participate in relevant events and translate gathered insights into useful business actions.
  • You report to the Head of Product Management

Key Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in bioengineering, food technology, biochemistry, Business, Marketing or several years of experience in a similar position (preferably in the field of ingredients)
  • Strong customer/commercial orientation
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, other languages such as German and French are an asset.
  • You work at least 3 days a week from Goes office (NL) and about once every two weeks from Tienen (B)
  • You are able to travel max. 20% of your time on short trips in Europe.

SALES MANAGER – Scandinavia
 
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the existing Meatless customer portfolio and drive Business Development activities (incl. new customers, new product ideas, new applications) and support the Global Strategic Accounts for food ingredients in the meat and fish industry in Scandinavia
  • Develop the annual and 5 year commercial and overall business plan for Scandinavia
  • Achieve business targets. Manage trade receivables, including overdues, in cooperation with business controlling department
  • Perform accurate, concise and timely reporting activities on your business, your market and your competitors, including market intelligence information. Coordinate Commercial Technical Service activities and serve as POC with supply chain and sales administration departments
  • Develop and follow up of marketing activities in line with Group Marketing
  • Report to the Senior Sales Manager
  
Key Qualifications 
  • Master’s degree in Economics, Commercial Engineering, Agricultural Science, Veterinary Sciences, Bio-Engineering, Bio-Chemistry, Biological Science, Food Technology or a similar degree
  • Affinity with food industry or food ingredients
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Commercial talent
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills, knowledge of Scandinavian Languages is an advantage
  • You are able to travel up to 30-40% of your working time
