TEAM LEADER – FOOD PRODUCTION
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise production operations for the assigned shift.
- Act as the first contact person for operators in case of problems to support the team.
- Coordinate, and prioritize the activities of the operators in line with the production planning.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, health and environmental policies.
- Timely register production data (materials used, order progress…) in the ERP system.
- Exchange necessary shift handover information.
- Propose improvements to increase efficiency in the production line.
Key Qualifications
- Experience in a similar function preferably in food production
- Good people management skills
- Good understanding of food safety requirements in a production environment
- Hands-on mentality
- Speak Dutch and English
- Being able to work in 5 shifts from 6h-14h, 14h-22h and from 22h-6h
