Head of Quality
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all quality assurance matters to ensure legal, quality and food safety compliance
- Implement and maintain the FSSC22000 certification and the FSMA food safety plan
- Prepare, conduct and follow up on customer visits and audits to increase customer satisfaction
- Lead the HACCP team and member of the internal audit teams
- Main contact for inspections by food safety authorities (NVWA)
- Steer the continuous improvement process and lead improvement projects
- Develop KPI reporting for quality and food safety
- Lead and develop the quality team
Key Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Industrial sciences, Bio-Engineering, Bio-Chemistry, Food Technology or experience in a similar position
- Experience with food quality in a production environmen
- Excellent reporting and communication skills
- Fluent in Dutch and English
