EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT to the Managing Director

Key Responsibilities
Working in team with the Managing Director Operations to provide high quality, confidential secretarial and administrative support. Your most important tasks are:

  • Represent indirectly the Managing Director Operatons and be a role model in general
  • Organize the agenda and provide an optimal planning
  • Coordinate meetings: set up timeline, distribute meeting notifications, correspondence, write meeting minutes,…
  • Prepare documents, reports and PowerPoint presentations
  • Update KPI dashboards
  • Maintain an efficient data management system, to ensure all information is up-to-date and stored correctly
  • Carry out specific projects to optimally support the Managing Director

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or several years of experience in a similar position
  • Excellent knowledge of English and French, knowledge of German and/or Dutch is an advantage
  • Strong and diplomatic communication skills dealing with different cultures
  • Highly organized team player with good attention to detail
