Continuous Improvement Specialist – Business Processes

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement continuous improvement (CI) methods/frameworks, and facilitate  and evaluate continuous improvement efforts supporting business objectives, to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness of processes within BENEO Commercial.

  • Take ownership of change initiatives to increase the impact of CI efforts
  • Share expert knowledge and coach your colleagues within the commercial departments to improve CI awareness and expertise
  • Measure CI performance efforts to report results and progress against objectives

Key Qualifications

  • Master degree
  • Experience with Continuous Improvement/Lean concepts such as PDCA, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Gemba Walks, VSM and in the design and implementation of process frameworks (e.g. APQC)
  • Experience with Project Management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good knowledge of English, the knowledge of Dutch, French or German are an advantage
