For the Corporate Quality department we are looking for a:


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, implement and maintain all activities concerning quality and food safety at corporate and ‘functional proteins’ level
  • Prepare, realize and follow up on internal and external audits
  • Prepare the management review of the quality management system
  • Coordinate food safety activities at corporate/group level, including food safety meetings, HACCP review
  • Act as the corporate expert for food certifications
  • Implement process improvements
  • Support the ‘Functional Proteins’ product line including the development of new products with your expertise on quality
  • Report to the Head of Quality of the BENEO Group

Key Qualifications

  • Master degree in Industrial Sciences, Bio-Engineering, Bio-Chemistry, Food Technology or experience in a similar position
  • Experience with food quality in a production environment
  • Good communication skills in English other languages are an advantage
  • Knowledge of HACCP and GFSI food safety standards
  • Being able to visit other Beneo sites
