MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT

Key Responsibilities
Working in team with three directors (for Quality, Supply Chain and IT) to provide high quality, secretarial and administrative support. Your most important tasks are:

  • Organize the agenda and provide an optimal planning.
  • Arrange travel and logistical planning.
  • Coordinate meetings: set up timeline, distribute meeting notifications, correspondence, write meeting minutes,…
  • Assist in the creation and preparation of presentations and various documents, ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Coordinate and support improvement projects.
  • Facilitate correspondence and internal communications and contribute to internal communication platforms by editing and publishing news articles and other content.
  • Manage expenses, invoices, and payments, including the use of systems like SAP for financial transactions.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or several years of experience in a similar position
  • Excellent knowledge of English, other languages (French, Dutch, German, Spanish) are a plus
  • Highly organized team player with good attention to detail
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Able to deal with different cultures
